How to Book the TCC Gospel Choir

There are 2 easy ways to book us:

1. Submit an on-line booking request form (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week).

   Friendly staff are on hand to talk with you Tuesday thru Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Central Standard Time — or leave a message anytime and someone will return your call.

If you are interested in booking a touring ensemble for performances outside Minnesota, please click on "Touring Ensemble," and follow the booking instructions on that page.

Obviously, the more advance notice, the more likely we can meet your needs.  Ideally, please try to submit your requests at least 30-60 days prior to the planned event.  We can work with shorter notice.

Upon receiving your booking request, we will check our availability and contact you by phone or e-mail (whichever you prefer) within 1-3 business days.  At that time we can discuss our fee structure and any special requirements for your event.

Once all the details have been worked out, we will mail you an engagement agreement.  If everything in the agreement is satisfactory to you, you will sign it, and send a copy back to us with a deposit check (25% of the total fee).   The remainder of the performance fee will be due on the day of our performance.   The event will not be booked until we receive a signed contract and deposit check from you.

Once you have sent in the agreement, you are free to cancel the event up to 60 days prior to the event.  If you find it necessary to cancel within 60 days of the event, you will forfeit the deposit.   Rescheduling or changing an event can always be negotiated, subject to our availability.
